DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

UK Delivery

We do our best to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days of your order being placed, subject to product availability.
If you have not received your order and it has been longer than 10 working days since you placed it please contact us and state your name, address and order number by emailing info@greatbiglife.co.uk

International Delivery

Please allow an extra 5 working days from the time you place your order for it to be delivered. However please note, we cannot guarantee the delivery time on any international orders.

Additional items: 75p
Orders over £50: Free delivery

International orders
First item: £4
Additional items: £1.00

Clothing:

UK orders
£2.80 per item
Additional items: 75p

* Please note: Only books can be ordered for international delivery currently. Clothing is not currently being delivered internationally.
Delivery charges to some non-European countries may incur an additional delivery charge. We will contact you separately after placing your order if this applies to you or give you the option to cancel your order with a full refund.

PAYMENT

We accept online payment by debit/credit via our website.
Please note: Some customers from countries outside of the UK have been having problems paying for their order using PayPal recently, if you experience problems upon payment of your order please email us with your name and order number and we will contact you with alternative payment options.

DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS

After you complete your purchase of a downloadable item, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for downloading these items to your device/computer. Given the nature of downloadable items, we do not generally offer a refund on these purchases.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email info@greatbiglife.co.uk to let us know you will be returning your item and the reason for this.

We will then contact you with the return address for your item.

Return Exceptions:
Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
